Controlled bolt tightening and break-out with Hytorc hydraulic tools — up to 70,000 Nm — for valve, flange and pipeline joints, in our workshop or on site.
A leaking flanged joint almost always comes down to uneven or incorrect bolt load. Our torquing crews work with Hytorc hydraulic wrenches driven by a hydraulic power pack, applying controlled torque of up to 70,000 Nm at 700 bar across a wide range of bolt and nut sizes.
We tighten and break out joints on valves, blind flanges, pipelines and process equipment — whether that is a single critical joint in our workshop or a full crew mobilised to site. The same equipment backs up our hydrotesting work, where test closures have to hold pressures of up to 15,000 psig.
Crews are available for shutdowns, commissioning and tie-ins, and emergency call-outs are covered 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
