Valve Installation, Replacement & Repair

Overhaul, repair, modification and installation of gate, ball, globe, check, plug and butterfly valves from ¼" to 72", backed by in-house hydrotesting up to 15,000 psig.

We overhaul, repair, recondition and test valves of every common type and make — gate, ball, globe, check, plug and butterfly, as well as safety relief and control valves — for water, oil, gas and steam service. Sizes run from ¼" up to 72" and pressure classes from 125# to 10,000#, with flanged or welded ends.

Each valve is dismantled, inspected and brought back to specification. Body and internal seats are lapped in the workshop or on site, and worn hard-facing such as Stellite 6 and Stellite 12 is rebuilt in our welding and machine shops, along with corrosion-resistant Inconel 625 overlays. When a like-for-like repair is not enough, we carry out major modifications and conversions to suit the new duty.

Every repaired valve is 100% leak tested on the body, back seat and seats before release — on horizontal, vertical and electric test benches, or in the hydrotest bay, which takes valves up to 72" at pressures of up to 15,000 psig. Testing and documentation follow API, ANSI and BS standards and Saudi Aramco 04-SAMSS-048 requirements.

For installation and replacement, we handle heavy valves with a 20-ton overhead crane in the workshop and mobile cranes of up to 160 tons for larger lifts, fabricate and fit valve supports, and source replacement parts locally or from abroad through a dedicated procurement team. Urgent jobs can run 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
