Valve Greasing & Flushing

Grease and sealant injection, flushing and functional testing that keep valves sealing tight and operating freely — in our workshop or on live sites.

A valve that sits in one position for months gradually loses both its seal and its freedom of movement. Seats dry out, old sealant hardens and debris collects in the body cavity, until the valve will neither shut tight nor turn when it is finally needed. Planned greasing is the cheapest way to prevent that.

We inject the correct grade of lubricant or sealant through the valve's fittings to restore the seat seal, then flush the cavity and seat areas to clear hardened compound and contaminants. Lubricated plug valves, trunnion-mounted ball valves and motor-operated valves (MOVs) are routine work for our technicians.

Gearboxes and operators get the same care: leaking or stiff units are stripped, cleaned, inspected, resealed and repacked with fresh grease. Every job finishes with a functional stroke test, so the valve is proven to operate before we hand it back.

What this includes

  • Grease and sealant injection through valve fittings
  • Cavity and seat flushing to clear hardened sealant
  • Lubricated plug, ball and gate valves
  • Motor-operated valve (MOV) lubrication
  • Gearbox strip-down, cleaning and re-greasing
  • Functional stroke testing after service
